Solar Radiation Sensor Removal/Installation: Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
- Remove the center speaker grille. (See SPEAKER GRILLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the front center speaker. (See FRONT CENTER SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Insert a tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver to the service hole.
- Move the tape-wrapped flathead screwdriver in the direction of the arrow (1), and press out the tab from the dashboard as shown in the figure below.
- Insert your hand from front center speaker opening and while pressing the solar radiation sensor tab in the direction of arrow (2) shown in the figure below, press out the solar radiation sensor from the dashboard.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Remove the solar radiation sensor.
- Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Solar Radiation Sensor Installation Note .)
