Center Display Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Lower decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Upper decoration panel (See DECORATION PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Upper column cover (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Meter hood No. 1 (See METER HOOD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Remove the bolts.

  4. Remove the screws.
  5. Pull the center display component in the order of arrows (1) and (2) shown in the figure, and remove it while detaching the clips and pins.

  6. Disconnect the connectors.

  7. Disconnect the connectors.

  8. Remove the wiring harness clip.
  9. Remove the screws.

  10. Remove the center display from the connectivity master unit (CMU).
  11. Install in the reverse order of removal.
