Power Outer Mirror Removal/Installation: Notes

  1. Perform the door glass preparation. (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  3. Remove the following parts:
    1. Door trim (See DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Door module panel (See DOOR MODULE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Door glass (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Door speaker (See DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Glass guide (See DOOR QUARTER GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Remove the wiring harness clip and disconnect the connector.

  5. Remove the bolts.

  6. Pull the power outer mirror in the direction of the arrow while remove the clip, pins.
  7. Install in the reverse order of removal. (See POWER OUTER MIRROR INSTALLATION NOTE .)
