| 3 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION IS CAUSED BY POWER WINDOW SYSTEM RELATED PARTS

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Go to the following malfunction symptom item. (See DRIVER-SIDE DOOR GLASS CANNOT BE OPERATED MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY [POWER WINDOW SYSTEM] .) (See DOOR GLASS OTHER THAN DRIVER'S DOOR CANNOT BE OPERATED MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY [POWER WINDOW SYSTEM] .) Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. |

| 4 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION IS CAUSED BY KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM RELATED PARTS

| No | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW [(US)] .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
