DTC B14F3:92 [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location Driver monitoring camera unit performance decrease
Detection condition
  • The vehicle control module (VCM) detects that the brightness at the face position shot by the driver monitoring camera was decreased for 13 s. Precondition
  • Vehicle is being driven
Fail-safe (See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .)
Possible cause
NOTE:
  • Driver monitoring camera is built into center display
  • Driver monitoring camera LED is built into center display
  • Scratches or dirt on driver monitoring camera lens
  • Obstruction around driver monitoring camera
  • Scratches, dirt, or obstruction around driver monitoring camera LED
  • Driver monitoring camera unit malfunction
  • Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM))
