DTC C0063-54: Calibrating Yaw Rate For Vehicle Control Module (VCM) Not Implemented [Vehicle Control Module]: Outline

DTC C0063:54 [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE] DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

System malfunction location CALIBRATING yaw rate for vehicle control module (VCM) not implemented
Detection condition
  • The vehicle control module (VCM) detects that the CALIBRATING yaw rate for vehicle control module (VCM) is not performed for 50s.
Fail-safe (See DTC TABLE [VEHICLE CONTROL MODULE (US)] .)
Possible cause
  • Malfunction in CAN communication line between vehicle control module (VCM) and SAS control module
  • Inappropriate SAS control module replacement procedure
  • Inappropriate body control module (BCM) replacement procedure
  • CALIBRATING yaw rate for vehicle control module (VCM) not implemented
  • SAS control module malfunction
  • Vehicle control module (VCM) malfunction (built into body control module (BCM))
