DTC U2300-54: Error Configuration Data Received From Instrument Cluster [Auto Leveling Control Module]: Notes

DTC U2300:54 (AUTO LEVELING CONTROL MODULE) DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description Error configuration data received from instrument cluster
Detection condition
  • After 30 s or more have elapsed with the ignition switched ON (engine on or off), the auto leveling control module received error configuration data from the instrument cluster.
Fail-safe
  • Control of the headlight auto leveling system is continued.
Possible cause
NOTE:
  • To correctly write the configuration data sent from the instrument cluster to the auto leveling control module to the auto leveling control module, 30 s or more need to have elapsed since the ignition was switched ON (engine off or on).
  • DTCs are stored in the instrument cluster.
    • Instrument cluster configuration not implemented
      • Instrument cluster internal memory malfunction
  • Instrument cluster configuration data error
  • Auto leveling control module malfunction
