Yes | Repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. |

| 3 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION IS CAUSED BY POWER WINDOW SYSTEM RELATED PARTS

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | Go to the following malfunction symptom item. (See DRIVER-SIDE DOOR GLASS CANNOT BE OPERATED MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY .) (See DOOR GLASS OTHER THAN DRIVER'S DOOR CANNOT BE OPERATED MANUALLY OR AUTOMATICALLY .) Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. |

| 4 | VERIFY IF MALFUNCTION IS CAUSED BY KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM RELATED PARTS

| No | Go to the following malfunction symptom item. (See OPERATION USING REMOTE TRANSMITTER BUTTON NOT POSSIBLE [SECURITY AND LOCKS] .) Repair or replace the malfunctioning location and perform the repair completion verification. |

| No | Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error. (See CONTROLLER AREA NETWORK (CAN) MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS FLOW .) If the CAN communication is normal, perform the diagnosis from Step 1.
