ABS OR TCS OPERATES FREQUENTLY/TCS DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY (DSC) DESCRIPTION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Description ABS or TCS*1 operates frequently
TCS*1 does not work correctly
*1: The DSC system also includes the TCS function, and the TCS/DSC operation indicator light flashes during TCS operation.
Possible cause
  • The tire size or tire pressure of each tire differs
  • ABS wheel-speed sensor outputs error signal
  • Engine control system malfunction (TCS malfunctioning)
