Wheel Alignment Pre-Inspection
- Unloaded condition Park the vehicle on level ground in an unloaded condition* and with the wheels straight forward.
Empty, full of fuel, specified amount of coolant and engine oil, no spare tire, no jack and no tools on board.
- Check the tire pressure.
- If necessary, adjust to the specified air pressure. (See SUSPENSION TECHNICAL DATA )
- Wheel bearing play is checked. (See WHEEL HUB, STEERING KNUCKLE INSPECTION [AWD]

- Replace if necessary. (See WHEEL HUB, STEERING KNUCKLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [AWD] ) (See WHEEL HUB COMPONENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
- Wheel runout is checked.
- Correct if necessary. (See SUSPENSION TECHNICAL DATA )
- If it is the maximum specification or more, replace or replace the wheel.
- Shake the body and check for looseness in the steering ball joint and suspension ball joint.
- Shake the body and check that the shock absorber is working properly.
- Measure the dimensions from the end face of the fender to the center of the wheel for both the left and right front wheels and the left and right rear wheels.
