Steering Angle Adjustment

Loosen the tie-rod end locknuts.
Remove the steering gear boot clamp.
Turn the tie rods.

Standard length L

2.2-15.2 mm {0.087-0.598 in}
Turn the tie rods equally to provide the correct maximum steering angle.
Tighten the tie-rod end locknuts.

Verify that the boot is not twisted, and install the boot clamp.
Adjust the toe-in after adjusting the steering angle. (See TOTAL TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT .)
