26/96-2 GROUP 27 - N.A.G. TRANSMISSION: UPDATE: Originally distributed with DTB 18/96, MB-Net Administrative Message No. 329 dated August 22, 1996. When ordering N.A.G. transmission control module 017 545 06 32 make sure that the valve body, 140 270 04 06, is ordered and installed at the same time. These two items must be installed with each other and will not operate correctly if installed separately or with any earlier control module or valve body. Please be aware that, if you are version coding the transmission control module using the HHT, you must have the identical transmission control module part number as well as the appropriate version code to copy from. If the latest transmission control module is unavailable, then you must order a pre-version coded module from the Baltimore PDC, part no. 017 545 06 32. Note that the HHT can only copy version coding information, you cannot enter it directly.
