Test 4: Left Front Door Receiver Signal Control Line
- Connect adapter harness and breakout box to RCL control module. Measure voltage between terminals No. 18 and 27 at breakout box. Lock vehicle by pointing remote transmitter at left front door receiver and depressing transmitter button. After vehicle completes locking process, read voltage value. Release transmitter button and read second voltage value.
- If difference in voltage value between button depressed and released is about .3-1.5 volts, signal control line is okay at this time. If difference in voltage value between button depressed and released is not about .3-1.5 volts, repair wiring. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . Check left front door receiver. Check remote transmitter.
