| Prechamber function | The fuel injected into the prechamber (120) ignites and partially combusts. The pressure generated by this partial combustion forces the uncombusted fuel rapidly into through the prechamber orifices (120/3) located in the prechamber neck (120/2) and into the main combustion chamber. The shape and position of the ball pin (120/1) together with the oblique injection (A) result in optimum fuel combustion. |
