REST Mode

With Residual Engine Heat Utilization (REST) function selected, the vehicle will continue to heat the interior for a short time. Air volume and distribution are controlled automatically. To select REST mode, turn electronic ignition key to No. 1 or 0 positions or remove key altogether. Press the REST button. REST mode will not work if battery voltage is below specified levels. To cancel REST mode, press the REST button once again. REST mode will automatically shut off if ignition key is turned to position No. 2, if the battery voltage drops below a specified level, or after 30 minutes.
