COMPLAINT

Switch and controls illumination, passenger side Airbag OFF lamp, switch illumination of upper control panel (UCP) control unit, instrument panel and light switch flicker briefly (2.5 sec), sometimes with brief (2.5 sec) display in instrument cluster "Parktronic Currently Unavailable", although the bar display is functioning correctly.

CAUSE

Resets are sporadically triggered in the UCP, causing the UCP to reboot the software.

REMEDY

Flash UCP software. Old software 08/41.00, A 221 902 52 00, NEW software 08/48.00, A 221 902 95 00
