Function requirements for control valve pressure, general
- Circuit 87 ON
- Circuit 61 (engine running)
Control valve pressure, general
The control valve supply pressure is drawn from the working pressure and is limited to a maximum pressure of 8 bar.
2 supply pressure regulating valves are used.
- Supply pressure 1 regulating valve
- Supply pressure 2 regulating valve
Supply pressure 1 regulating valve
Supply pressure regulating valve 1 supplies the following control solenoid valves:
- Working pressure control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y1)
- Clutch K2 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y3)
- Brake B2 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y6)
- Torque converter lockup clutch control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y8)
Supply pressure 2 regulating valve
Supply pressure regulating valve 2 supplies the following control solenoid valves:
- Clutch K1 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y2)
- Clutch K3 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y4)
- Brake B1 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y5)
- Brake B3 control solenoid valve (VGS) (Y3/8y7)
By using two supply pressure regulating valves, the control solenoid valve groups are isolated from each other and the control solenoid valve groups do not influence each other during any shift operation.
