Remove/install heated O2 sensor - AR07.52-P-5303GZG

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by handling hot or glowing objects. Wear safety gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses, if necessary. AS00.00-Z-0002-01A
1 Turn key in ignition lock to position "0"    
2 Remove catalytic converter IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure correct routing of lines on O2 sensors. AR49.10-P-5500GZG
3 Unclip electrical connector and electrical feed line for corresponding O2 sensor out of retaining clamps on transmission    
4 Disconnect electrical connector for corresponding O2 sensor    
5 Remove corresponding O2 sensor out of the catalytic converter completely IMPORTANTInstallation:  Coat thread with heat-resistant lubricant.

6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Read out fault memory and erase if necessary IMPORTANT Stored fault entries which may be caused by disconnecting cables or by simulation during removal and installation or inspection operations, must be erased from the fault memory after work is completed.  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

8 Test run engine and check exhaust system for leaks
