Location
The CC push-button switch is located at the top of the steering column module.

Function
When the cruise control push-button switch is operated, two switching contacts are always activated simultaneously.
The actual input is performed by one switch contact closing, e.g. for storing the speed. The safety contact must close simultaneously so that the input is accepted.
The switching signals are detected by the steering column module and transmitted to the CAN databus.
