Different performance maps for the engine control can be stored and activated with the correction programming in the ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10).

Correction programming is executed for "ignition ON" via the diagnostic connector (X11/4) using the DAS.

The following performance maps can be influenced:

• Ignition maps for adapting to different fuel qualities (except )
• Mixture maps for enriching the air/fuel mixture in different operating states (except )
• Idle speed with drive program engaged (with automatic transmission 722.9)
• Temperature correction for switching on and off from combustion engine and air conditioning with integrated control fan motor (M4/7)
