Reason For Change:	Remedy field was updated.

COMPLAINT

The Check Engine Light (CEL) is on in the instrument cluster. DTC fault code P032600 for knock sensor in the ME engine control module. Customers might complain of vibration / engine roughness.

CAUSE

Root cause analysis is being performed.

REMEDY

Perform the following steps:

Perform all basic checks related to fuel quality.
Check wiring.
Check for carbon deposit, check spark plugs and other possible root causes.

Perform Xentry guided, and knock control tests.

If no cause could be determined, erase codes and release vehicle.

In the event the vehicle comes back with the same fault code and root cause cannot be determined, contact DTS for further steps.
