COMPLAINT

After programming of the CDI control unit, the working speed (ADR) is no longer attained.

CAUSE

The initialization of the neutral position sensor (S164) in the transmission is erased when the CDI control unit is programmed.

REMEDY

Teach the neutral position sensor (S164) in the transmission in again using the vehicle diagnosis system and then perform a test drive with several gear changes.

NOTE: The appropriate menu item is in the CDI control unit under "Control unit adaptations -> Teach-in processes".
