Window and sightproofing, general 

For ventilation of the passenger compartment, the side windows of the vehicle can be opened and closed electrically.

On vehicles with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window) can be covered as sightproofing and sun protection for the rear window by an electrically driven roller blind.

The window and sightproofing function comprises the following subfunctions, which are described in separate documents:

• Power windows (PW [EFH]), function 
• Roller sun blind function (with CODE 540 (Electric roller blind for rear window))
