	Remove
1	1K Prepare-component adhesive cartridge		AR67.10-P-1000-12SX
2	Open driver door side window	The side window in the driver door must be open during the curing time of the adhesive material. This prevents the triangular side window (1) from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.
3	Remove trim from C-pillar	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR68.30-P-4490LFA
4	Remove rear passenger compartment side trim panel	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR68.30-P-4780LFA
5	Detach roller sun blind for triangular side window (1)	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)
6	Unclip trim piece (2) with suitable tool	Mask contact surface on side wall with duct tape (4). Mounting wedge	Fig 2
7	Mask beltline on C-pillar with duct tape (4)
8	Fasten retaining clips on triangular side window (1) from inside with duct tape (4)	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection) They can fall into the body shell after removal.
9	Guide cutting wire behind rubber lip to adhesive bead
10	Cut out triangular side window (1)	Cut PU adhesive and retaining clips. Always replace triangular side window (1) after removal.
	Install
	General notes about painting the body flange in the glazing area		AH98.00-P-9408-06A
11	Prepare body flange for installation of window	The bonding area must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.	AR67.10-P-1501-01Y

		Primer stick	*BR00.45-Z-1012-07A
12	Clean bonding area on new triangular side window (1) and apply primer in bonding area	The bonding area on the new triangular side window (1) must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease. Observe processing instructions for primer to prevent adhesion problems with the adhesive material when installing the window. 13	Apply adhesive material to triangular side window (1)	Install triangular side window (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material to body flange. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material may be decreased. Repair kit for installing windshields, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
14	Insert roller sun blind for triangular side window (1)	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)
15	Install triangular side window (1)	The curing time of the adhesive material is approx. 2 h measured from the time the triangular side window (1) is installed.
16	Install trim piece (2)	Ensure the trim piece (2) is seated correctly.
17	Install side paneling in rear passenger compartment	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR68.30-P-4780LFA
18	Install molding onto C-pillar	Model 222.9 except code Z07 (Top protection)	AR68.30-P-4490LFA
19	Close side window in driver door	After curing time of adhesive material.
	Clean
20	Clean new triangular side window (1), adjacent painted parts and interior compartment	After curing time of adhesive material.
