Standard Repair Time Selection: Notes

Service providers are encouraged to review, select and implement a SRT guide for their business. As noted in TMC IR-2011 - 01, there are several companies that provide SRT guides in a variety of media (e.g., print, CD-ROM, online).

The SRT guide selection process should begin with a review of all current publishers and media/delivery options. Consideration should be given - but not limited to - current business practices, staffing, work volume, user-friendliness and process consistency.
