	Remove/install
1	Remove charge air distributor		AR09.41-S-8683EG
2	Disconnect electrical connection (1)
3	Remove knock sensor 1 (A16/8)	Remove screw/bolt (2) to do this. Bolt, knock sensor to crankcase	*BA15.10-Z-1001-02KOC
4	Install in the reverse order
5	Read out fault memory with diagnostic system
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	Clear existing errors.	AD00.00-S-2000-04E
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6	Carry out an engine test run
