	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Only install engine cover after the leak test. Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
2	Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter		AR09.10-P-8130OGR
3	Disconnect electrical connection on coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)
4	Unlatch securing clamp (1)
5	Remove coolant temperature sensor (B11/4)	Replace O-ring (2).
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Check cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010GQ
