Connect vehicle diagnosis system and read out variant coding of fuel system control unit (N118). | If the fuel system control unit (N118) is replaced: |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 4 | Release and disconnect electrical connections (1). | ||
| 5 | Unscrew nuts (2). | *BA54.21-P-1001-01F | |
| 6 | Remove fuel system control unit (N118). | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
