General
Comfort heating is a generic term for auxiliary heating facilities in the vehicle interior. These auxiliary heaters are used to heat individual components in the vehicle interior. The heating of these components improves comfort, especially at low outside temperatures.
Function
The comfort heaters include the following systems:
- Steering wheel heater
- Armrest heating in driver's door and front passenger door
- Armrest heating in center console
- Door center panel heating
