	Remove
1	Open window of the driver's door.	The window of the driver's door must remain open during the curing time of the adhesive material. This prevents the triangular side window (1) from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.
2	Remove all C-pillar trims of the corresponding C-pillars.		AR68.30-P-4490S
3	Unclip trim piece (2) from the triangular window (1).	Long wedge	Fig 1
4	Protect area around the triangular window (1) against damage with suitable tape.
5	Lay cutting wire behind the sealing lip on the adhesive material.
6	Secure triangular window (1) with suitable tape against falling down.
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
7	Cut out triangular window (1) with cutting wire and remove.	Aid of helper required. Mounting clips (3) are cut through. Replace triangular window (1).
	Install
8	Prepare window frame.		AR67.30-P-0005-04LWG

		Bonding area must be absolutely free from dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
		When damaged to a degree of < 10 % it is possible to repair with primer stick. For a damage severity > 10 %, the window frame must be coated with primer filler. Otherwise corrosion damage may occur. Use only primer filler and primer sticks approved by Daimler AG: https://xentry.daimler.com Only use the adhesive kit specified in the XENTRY Portal parts information. 9	Apply cleaner (activator) in the bonding area on the triangular window (1) and rub dry with a dry cloth.	Bonding area must be absolutely free from dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Only use the adhesive kit specified in the XENTRY Portal parts information. Observe manufacturer's instructions for use.
10	Apply primer in the bonding area of the new triangular window (1).	The primer must flash off for at least 10 min. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Bonding area at new triangular window (1) must be completely free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease. Only use the adhesive kit specified in the XENTRY Portal parts information. Observe manufacturer's instructions for use.
11	Apply adhesive material to new triangular window (1).		AR67.30-P-4000-07LWS

		Install triangular side window (1) within 10 min after applying adhesive material to body flange. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material may be decreased. Only use the adhesive kit specified in the XENTRY Portal parts information. Observe manufacturer's instructions for use.
12	Insert new triangular window (1).	Manufacturer's specifications on curing time of adhesive material must be observed. Perform following work only after curing time.	AR67.30-P-4000-08LWS
13	Install all C-pillar trims of the respective C-pillars.		AR68.30-P-4490S
14	Close window of the driver's door.
	Clean
15	Clean triangular window (1), adjacent paint surfaces, and vehicle interior.
