MICROSOFT Windows CE: Notes

Windows CE is a Microsoft operating system for embedded and handheld devices. It provides a subset of the Win32 API and supports a range of hardware and communications options. The Windows CE deployment model is identical to Windows PC platforms, namely dynamic link libraries (DLL) compiled for the Windows CE platform architecture. Vendors may provide drivers for architectures as the market demands. This is not a fully-functional Windows platform, therefore any Windows CE implementation is not considered to be RP 1210-compliant.
