The Can Identifier On Can-Based Protocols

All CAN ID's shall be in Big Endian (MSB) format unless otherwise specified. All filtering of CAN and higher layer CAN protocols (e.g., FTCAN, SWCAN, IESCAN, PTCAN, etc.) is done using the same commands as for the generic CAN datalink.
