Other Program Considerations

Bonuses or payouts must be attainable by all drivers.
The program must motivate all drivers.
The program must offer adequate financial incentives. Gifts or vacations are acceptable, too.
Top performers should earn preferred truck assignments.
Progress reports must be posted frequently and consistently, and must include a//drivers. Weekly or monthly reports are acceptable.
Programs should offer:
- MPG Bonus
- MPH Bonus (Based on percent of time travelled under company MPH policy)
- Performance Bonus
- Safety Bonus
Payouts or bonuses should be based on point system
Compensation/Averaging for Groups
Remedial action should be required for all drivers who do not qualify for bonuses.
