Throttle Position (TP) Sensor/Switch

The throttle position sensor/switch is located on the throttle body. On Capri, the PCM uses signals from Throttle Position (TP) Sensor.

On Capri, the TP sends a throttle plate angle signal to the PCM. A switch within the assembly sends a signal to the PCM when the throttle plate is in idle position.
