Speed Control Module: Removal

Disconnect the battery ground cable.
Remove the console compartment door from the control console. See Fig 1 .

Remove the right hand inner instrument panel lower cover and left hand inner instrument panel lower cover.

CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

Disconnect the speed control module electrical connector. See Fig 3 .
Remove the three speed control module nuts from the speed control module. See Fig 4 .
Remove the speed control module from the vehicle.
