Pinpoint Test J: No Module/Network Communication

J1 CHECK THE VOLTAGE TO THE DLC C251 PIN 16, CIRCUIT 29-RA1 (OG)

Measure the voltage between the DLC C251 pin 16, circuit 29-RA1 (OG), harness side and ground.

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

Yes

GO to J2.

REPAIR the circuit. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test.

J2 CHECK THE DLC GROUND CIRCUITS 31-RA1 (BK) AND 91-RA1 (BK/OG) FOR AN OPEN

Measure the resistance between the DLC C251 pin 4, circuit 31-RA1 (BK), harness side and ground; and between the DLC C251 pin 5, circuit 91-RA1 (BK/OG), harness side and ground.

Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?

Yes

CHECK the diagnostic tool. REFER to the diagnostics tool operating manual.

REPAIR the circuit in question. CLEAR the DTCs. REPEAT the self-test
