Front Disc Brake: Removal

- Remove the wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES article.
- Remove and discard the 2 bolts and position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly aside.
- Remove and discard the brake disc screw.
- Remove the brake disc.
CAUTION:
Do not allow the brake caliper to hang from the brake flexible hose or damage to hose may occur.
NOTE:
If the brake disc cannot be removed easily, apply Penetrating and Lock Lubricant on the brake disc-to-hub mating surfaces.
