12 36... Removing and installing/replacing lid on power electronics box

WARNING: The following points must be strictly observed prior to starting work:

DE-ENERGIZE THE HIGH-VOLTAGE SYSTEM
Observe SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS for handling with hybrid vehicles

Necessary preliminary tasks:

REMOVE POWER ELECTRONICS BOX LID.

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 12 36 5AZ .

Remove cover (2).

Installation:

Replace seal (1) for lid on power electronics box. Clean guide for seal on power electronics box before installing new seal.
