12 00 ... Disconnecting And Connecting Test Equipment

When connecting and disconnecting:

- Test Leads.
- When Replacing Control Units.

Make sure that connected test leads cannot make contact with rotating parts (e.g.: fans, ribbed V-belts, etc.).
