High-Pressure Test

NOTE: Perform test on both brake circuits, front and rear.
  1. Unscrew vent plug, connect pressure tester and vent. See Figure.
  2. Load brake pedal with a force of approximately 112 lbs. (500 N), and block pedal with pedal support. Line pressure should be approximately 479 PSI (33 bar).
  3. After 2 minutes, pressure must not drop by more than 8 percent.
  4. Perform low-pressure test.
