86 21... Removing hinge bracket on rear lid: Notes

NOTE:
Remove rear lid,
refer to 86 21... REMOVING LID .
Remove gas spring, remove gas spring on hinge side only,
refer to 86 21... REMOVING GAS SPRING .

Remove gas spring, remove gas spring on hinge side only,
refer to 86 21... REMOVING GAS SPRING .
Raise edge (1) of retaining clip (2) and slide in direction of arrow towards rear.
Remove plastic washer (1). Pull hinge bracket (2) in direction of arrow out of mounting bracket (3).
