Airbag Sensor, Left B-Pillar: Notes

The left B-pillar airbag sensor is installed in the left B-pillar.

The left B-pillar airbag sensor and right B-pillar airbag sensor are common parts.

The left B-pillar airbag sensor assists front-end collision detection, rear collision detection and side impact detection. The signals are evaluated in the crash safety module (ACSM). "ACSM" stands for "Advanced Crash Safety Module".
