Airbag Sensor, Right B-Pillar: Notes

The right B-pillar airbag sensor is installed in the right B-pillar.

The right B-pillar airbag sensor and left B-pillar airbag sensor are common parts.

The right B-pillar airbag sensor assists head-on collision detection, rear collision detection and side impact detection. The signals are evaluated in the crash safety module (ACSM). "ACSM" stands for "Advanced Crash Safety Module".
