CBS Vehicle Data Correction: Overview

The CBS vehicle data correction is for setting the CBS area during an accidental carry out of the CBS reset.

The service counter of the corrected CBS area is reduced by 1.

IMPORTANT: The original values of the CBS area are lost during the correction.

NOTE: The internal date of the vehicle is compared with the test date.

The percentage availability is the wear value for the scope of the maintenance work. On resetting the availability is set at 100%. For an availability of 0 %, the maintenance measure must be performed. An availability of over 100% of the brake fluid is a result of the first factory-fill.

The prognosis provides the value, which due to the taught-in driving profile is reached with a new wearing part. The route prognosis of the "engine oil", "front brake" and "rear brake" are taught-in. When resetting, the value of the prognosis is used as the starting value for the new interval.

The service counter documents the exchange of a wearing part and is raized during the reset by "1". In new vehicles all service counters are set to "1".
