Secondary Air Control Valve
- Remove secondary air control valve. Blow air from air cleaner side. It should not blow through. Connect a hand vacuum pump to valve nipple. Apply 19.4 in. Hg vacuum. Valve should hold vacuum.
- Apply 5.8 in. Hg vacuum. Air blown from air cleaner side to exhaust manifold side should pass. Air blown from exhaust manifold side to air cleaner side should not pass.
