Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor Check
- Remove the second seat assembly (Refer to SECOND SEAT ASSEMBLY ), and turn up the floor carpet.
- Remove the floor inspection lid (LH).
- Disconnect the fuel pump module connector.

- Measure the resistance between connector terminals No. 1 and No. 3 of the fuel pump module (incorporating fuel tank temperature sensor).
Standard value: 0.43 - 12. 3 kΩ [at -10 - 70° C (14 - 158° F)]
- If not within the standard value, replace the fuel level sensor and fuel tank temperature sensor (Refer to >> C << FUEL PUMP MODULE/FUEL TANK SUCTION HOSE CONNECTION INSTALLATION ).
- Connect the fuel pump module connector.
- Install the inspection lid.
- Return the floor carpet to the original condition and install the second seat assembly (Refer to SECOND SEAT ASSEMBLY ).
