Fuel Tank Temperature Sensor Check
- Remove the rear seat cushion assembly (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the inspection lid.
- Disconnect the fuel pump module connector.
- Measure the resistance between connector terminals number 1 and number 3 of the fuel pump module (incorporating fuel tank temperature sensor).
Standard value: 0.43 - 12.3 kΩ [at -10 to 70°C (14 to 158°F )]
- If not within the standard value, replace the fuel level sensor and fuel tank temperature sensor (Refer to DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY ).
- Connect the fuel pump module connector.
- Install the inspection lid.
- Install the rear seat cushion assembly (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
