• The engine and the generator stops.

• Total gear ratio between the front motor and the differential: 9.383
  • Primary reduction ratio: 2.476 (52/21)
  • Secondary reduction ratio: 3.789 (72/19)

SERIES HYBRID MODE

• The road wheels are driven by the front motor only. The engine drives the generator to generate electricity.
• The engine power is transmitted to the generator only (isolated from the drive train mechanism).
• The engine is started by the generator, which functions as a starter.

  • Primary reduction ratio: 2.476 (52/21)

PARALLEL HYBRID MODE

• The clutch is engaged to transmit the engine power to the drive train mechanism.
• The speeds of all the gear shafts are synchronized with that of the engine.
• The front motor force is also transmitted to the drive train mechanism as power assistance.
• The clutch will be engaged when the vehicle speed reaches a certain speed.
