Component Function Within System

Hood switch detects that hood is open, and then transmits hood switch signal to IPDM E/R.
IPDM E/R transmits hood switch signal to BCM via CAN communication.
If any door or hood is opened without using Keyless operation key vehicle security system switches to the ALARM phase. Refer to SYSTEM DESCRIPTION .
