Fuel Pump

To test system, see appropriate FUEL PUMP diagnostic chart, also see CODE 22 diagnostic procedures in TESTS W/CODES article.

To test fuel pump, disconnect fuel pump connector, accessible under vehicle body. At fuel pump connector, check resistance between wire terminals specified in FUEL PUMP RESISTANCE TEST table. If resistance is not as specified, replace fuel pump.
